1. Step One.
 Open AceFtp:
 Click on Start -> Programs -> Ace FTP ->
 If the Session properties screen doesn't show in your screen, click this button located on the top right corner of the screen.

2. Step Two.
 From the Session properties screen, click on the drop down arrow and select the server you want to connect to:

If you didn't save your password you need to enter it on the Password field.
 Now click the Connect button.

3. Step Three.
 The left side of the screen shows you the contents of your computer. From this screen you can navigate your computer, you can create new folders, or delete them.

Find the folder where your files are, or where you want to download files to.

Now navigate in the right side of the screen; the right side of the screen shows you the contents of your site in our server, find the folder where you want to upload the files to, or download the files from.

4. Step Four.
 Once you have found the files you need to upload or download, you can simply drag and drop them from one side of the screen.

Another option is for you to highlight the file you want to move and use the arrows
 in the middle of the screen.

UPLOADS:   Select the file you want to upload to the server on your computer (LEFT side of the screen) and click on the right pointing arrow

DOWNLOADS:   Select the file you want to download to your computer on the server (RIGHT side of the screen) and click on the left pointing arrow
