FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. You can conect to our server using FTP to make changes to your website, to download , or upload files in real time.

AceFtp is an FTP program that permits you to connect directly to the our servers.

1. Step One.
 Download AceFTP and install it in your computer.

2. Step Two.
 Open AceFTP. If the Session properties screen doesn't show in your screen, click this button located on the top right corner of the screen.

2. Step Three.
 Lets go through the required fields and how to fill them in.


Host Name:
 You may choose any name for the host name, it is used only for your reference. We sugent you use your domain name
 ie: www.thewwwstore.com

Host Address:
 The Host Address is the address to where you want to connect. We will provide you with this information. There are no spaces here.
 ie: smtp2.thewwwstore.com

User ID:
 The User ID, can be anything you want. If you haven't provided us with one, then we will choose one for you.
 ie: webby

Password:
 The password, can be anything you want. If you haven't provided us with one, then we will choose one for you.
 ie: worldwide

The "Save Password" button should be used at your own discretion.
